Where is Ethiopian Airline Office in Lagos?

Do you need to purchase an Ethiopian Airline ticket or have some requests or complaints you need to resolve? If yes, you might need to visit the Ethiopian Airline ticket office. The airline has branches spread across Nigeria, especially in places with international airports, including Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Kano, etc.

If you reside in Lagos and need to know the location of the Ethiopian Airline ticket office in the state, this article is for you. You might probably be a stranger in Lagos and find it hard to get around the city easily. For your complaints and requests, you might have to head straight to the Airline’s office.

All international airlines have their branches in Lagos. These branches and offices make it easy for customers to easily reach out to them and get their issues solved effectively. Although there is an online procedure to go about this, many people who still prefer to resolve it one-on-one should know where the offices are.

Where Are the location of Ethiopian Airline Office in Lagos?

Ethiopian Airlines has two ticket offices in Lagos state; the city office and the Murtala Airport office. If you have a request or complaint that needs to be resolved and you are not close to the airport, you can easily drive down to or visit the city office.

Both offices have similar functions; however, their working times are different from each other. Later in this article, I will explore more on their working hours and which of the offices is better worth visiting.

The City Office

Ethiopian Airlines has an office in the city of Lagos, asides from that at the international airport. The city office is located at 3 Idowu Taylor St., Victoria Island, Lagos. Unfortunately, Victoria Island is not in the central part of Lagos, so it might be a little difficult to get here.

However, if you are coming from nearby areas like Epe, Lekki, Ajah, Oworonshoki, Gbagada, etc., it would be very easy for you to get to the city office. All the same, you should be prepared for traffic jams as it is a common experience in the area, especially on weekdays.

Ethiopian Airline Murtala Airport Office

The second office of Ethiopian Airlines in Lagos is located at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport. I believe it is far easier to get to the airport office than the city office, judging by the fact that it is located centrally in Lagos State. The Murtala Muhammed International Airport is located in Ikeja, Lagos.

If you find yourself at the airport and need to resolve a complaint or two, you can easily do so at the airport office instead of coming down to the city office again. Also, people coming from nearby areas like Alausa, Yaba, Ikorodu, and other mainland areas will find it easy to get here.

The airport does not have a closing time, so you can get there anytime you wish. However, the Ethiopian Airlines office located at the airport closes by 5 pm every day, and you won’t be able to access it from this time. The same thing applies to the city office.

For clarity, there are no comparisons between the Ethiopian Airlines airport office and the city office. The better one depends on your location. If you are close to the airport office, you can visit, and if you are close to the city office, you can also visit.

What can I do at the Ethiopian Airline Office Located in Lagos?

What most people do at airline ticket offices is book flights. However, gone are those days when you had to queue at airline offices to buy flight tickets. Nowadays, you can easily do all of that and even more straight from your mobile device.

People also visit airline ticket offices to manage their bookings, especially when they wish to purchase more tickets or cancel their flights. Of course, you can do this at any of the two Ethiopian Airlines Ticket offices in Lagos. If you also want to change your flight information, you can do that at the ticket office.

After booking flights or purchasing tickets, some passengers would also want a refund if they are changing their flight plans. In some cases, refunds are not possible via the web; therefore, you have to visit any of the two offices in Lagos. I recommend the airport office, however.

In addition, on arrival at the airport, you will have to visit the airport office to check in. The precise location of the Ethiopian Airlines Office would be on your flight ticket, so you can check and navigate yourself to the office. You can also ask around for directions.

Wrapping Up: Where is Ethiopian Airline Ticket Office in Lagos

Before you visit any of the Ethiopian Airline offices in Lagos or Abuja, you should ensure you call the designated numbers first. In most cases, you can resolve your complaints even without going down to the airline office, either in the city or at the airport. Remember we did respond to the Electric Toothbrush in flight question on a previous post.

All you have to do is dial the numbers or forward a mail to the email address I provided earlier. A representative should be in touch with you and help you resolve your complaint. If you need to come down to the office, they will definitely let you know.
